Adaptive Bike Hire
Cycling should be accessible to all. One of our aims is to provide access to a range of adaptive bikes that meet the needs of as many people as possible. The nearest location with access to such bikes is Dalby Forest Cycle Hub, and we feel that something more local should be offered so that people don’t have to drive a 40 mile round trip.
We hope to have the following bike(s) available soon.
All funds obtained from hire of these bikes will be used to provide for maintenance of the bikes, as well as for purchase of further bikes to fulfil the need of the local community.
VanRaam Fun2Go
The Fun2Go is a 2 rider, 3 wheeler, where the riders sit side by side. This bike is easy to get on, and is incredibly manoeuverable. It is a social bike allowing riders to chat during a ride. The pedals work independently allowing one rider to pedal less. Photo opposite © VanRaam.
